These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LustHentai ("LustHentai," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website located at lusthentai.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service contains sexually explicit animated content and is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that accessing sexually explicit material is legal where you live. If you are under this age, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

LustHentai streams animated adult content. Some content is hosted directly on our own infrastructure; some is sourced from, mirrored from, or linked to third-party websites we do not control or operate. We do not verify the legality, accuracy, or ownership of third-party content before it appears on the Service, though we act on valid removal requests (see Section 6). All characters depicted in content on the Service are fictional, animated, or computer-generated, and are represented as adults — see our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption Statement for detail.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional and is used for features like watchlists, watch history, ratings, and comments. Authentication is handled by a third-party provider (Supabase). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly at abuse@lusthentai.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload, submit, or link to content depicting a minor, or content you cannot lawfully view, possess, or distribute in your jurisdiction;
• upload, submit, or link to content depicting non-consensual acts involving real people, or content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights;
• use automated means (scraping, bots, crawlers) to access, copy, or interact with the Service outside of normal browsing, or to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or access controls;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts;
• use the comment or rating system to harass, spam, impersonate others, or post unlawful material;
• circumvent, block, or interfere with advertising shown on the Service (see Section 5).

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section at our discretion, without notice.

5. Advertising

The Service is free to use and funded by advertising, including third-party ad networks and affiliate partners. We do not control the content of individual ads and do not endorse advertised products or services. See our Privacy Policy for how ad networks use cookies and similar technology.

6. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, see our DMCA / Copyright Policy for how to submit a takedown notice. We operate a repeat-infringer policy and will terminate accounts found to repeatedly infringe.

7. User-submitted content

By posting a comment, rating, or other content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate that content in connection with operating the Service. You retain ownership of what you post. We may remove any user content at our discretion, including in response to a report (see Report content).

8. Third-party links and content

The Service links to, mirrors, or embeds players and content hosted by third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party sites, and linking to a site does not imply our endorsement of it. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. VIDEO AVAILABILITY, QUALITY, AND UPTIME ARE NOT GUARANTEED, PARTICULARLY FOR THIRD-PARTY-SOURCED CONTENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUSTHENTAI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LustHentai and its operators from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
